Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

Aizkolari is an offline arcade game about Basque log-chopping sport (herri kirolak). This policy explains, in full, what the app does and does not do with your data.

Summary

Aizkolari does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no server that the app talks to. Everything the app remembers about you stays on your device.

What the app stores on your device

All of this is stored locally using standard iOS on-device storage (UserDefaults) and is never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app, or using Reset Progress in Settings, erases it.

Camera and photo library

If you choose to make a poster, Aizkolari can use your camera or let you pick a photo from your library. The photo is processed entirely on your device — Aizkolari turns it into a silhouette image using on-device Vision processing — and the resulting image stays inside the app's local data unless you choose to share it yourself. The original photo and the silhouette are never uploaded to any server.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily apustua reminder, Aizkolari schedules a local notification directly on your device using Apple's notification framework. No push notification service, and no third party, is involved.

Sharing

Posters and race results can be shared only when you explicitly tap Share. Aizkolari hands the image to Apple's standard system share sheet, and it is sent only to the destination you personally choose. Aizkolari itself does not transmit it anywhere.

Third parties

Aizkolari does not integrate any analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or third-party data processor. There are no trackers of any kind.

Children's privacy

Aizkolari does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the update date above will change along with it. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
